Firefly Consulting, LLC works exclusively with credit unions and their strategic partners, helping teams move important projects forward with clarity and confidence. Much of our work centers around project support, whether that’s reviewing vendors, managing timelines, or helping staff adopt new processes through clear procedures and policies. Because our team comes from diverse credit union backgrounds, we’re able to support a wide range of operational needs. We’ve helped credit unions refine programs to meet examiner expectations, strengthen reporting and visibility, and resolve process challenges across the organization.
We’re especially known for system configuration and optimization, with deep experience in MeridianLink and Jack Henry Symitar. Our goal is always the same: to make your systems work better for your team and to help your credit union deliver the best possible experience for your members.

As the founder and CEO of Firefly Consulting, LLC, I am committed to excellence and fostering innovation in the financial industry. With the team of strong of credit union professionals working alongside me, we provide hands-on support to credit unions and their partners. We are excited to contribute to the success of credit unions and help them achieve their goals.
Pamela Leal, Solutions Consultant
Pamela, known as “fireflypam,” brings a wealth of experience from branch operations to system implementation. After collaborating with our CEO during a MeridianLink and Scienaptic AI deployment, she joined the Firefly family to help credit unions streamline processes and implement efficiencies. Pamela also plays a key role in crafting clear, effective procedures.
