About Me.
Born and raised in Montana, my parents instilled a strong work ethic in me from a young age. I worked hard to maintain high grades while balancing participation in multiple clubs and sports. From my teenaged years I worked many jobs ranging from babysitting to waitressing, casino running and cleaning rooms at the local motel. I found a sense of accomplishment in building my financial freedom.

Directly after high school, I moved out on my own and began my college journey while working full time to support myself financially. I began my financial industry career as a junior in college, working in the drive up of a busy bank location in the Billings heights. I worked full time while balancing online classes to complete my Bachelor's degree through Montana State University - Billings. I quickly progressed in my banking career and had the opportunity to work as a customer service rep, personal banker, service manager and branch manager at multiple locations in Billings and Helena, MT as well as in both Gillette and Casper, WY.

After several years with the bank, I was fortunate enough to transition into the world of Credit Unions. I love the Credit Union mission to serve the underserved. I quickly discovered that the "all hands on deck" approach really fit my working style. I thrive when I'm busy and challenged. I love being in the weeds, learning as much as possible and finding solutions and improvements. I found a great sense of accomplishment leading projects and initiatives while developing loan programs.
During my tenure with the Credit Union industry, I had the opportunity to refine my leadership and project management skills while continually growing my knowledge of systems, processes and strategic initiatives. I enjoyed the project, procedure, and strategic leadership so much that I decided to venture out on my own and founded Firefly Consulting, LLC to focus my energy on these tasks full time. I look forward to my next adventure, working alongside our Credit Unions to help drive success.
